As you are aware together with the Board of the Governors it was decided to introduce two new rules to improve the pace of play during the club tournaments:
1. Forced skip the hole by the slow group. here
2. Self-control of the pace of play. here
Please read them carefully (in the attachment).
We will inform about self-control of the pace of play before each tournament.
From 5 to 7 September 2014 in the branch of the diplomatic corps service administration at the foreign Ministry of Russia "Moscow country club "Moscow Country club hosted the Open championship in Golf in the framework of the European senior Tour Russian Open Golf Championship 2014 (Senior). 3-4 September 2014 have been Pro-Am tournaments.
