A new Order of Merit will be introduced from the 2018 season . To identify the strongest golfers of the club and to form the Moscow Country Club team.

Innovation in the new Order of Merit :
• Increased number of the rating tournaments to improve the adequacy of the order of merit
• The tournaments played over the last year (52 weeks) are included in the order of merit
• Points will be awarded to all participants of the tournament (previously points were awarded only to the top 10 players in each group)
Formation of the club team:
The team for the inter-club matches is formed according to the following formula:
men's group (0–10, 4) –30% of players
men's group (10.5–18.1) – 10% of players
men's group (18.2–26.1) – 10% of players
ladies group (0–17, 4) – 10% of players
ladies group (17.5–33.1) – 10% of players
